Good question Emmanuelle. I’m not hungry because I stick to fatty foods and protein. If I would eat more carbs, I would definitely be hungry! That’s why the diet is also important.

About the times, that’s not a problem. You can make your own schedule based on when you have dinner. If dinner is at 9PM, you could have your first meal at 1PM — 3PM, depending how long you want to fast.
